Free Wills for Police

What is a 'basic Will'?
A basic Will is free of charge. This will cover the majority of circumstances.
If any of the following items apply to you, you may require a more complex Will:
- you own an interest in a business such as a partnership or family company
- you live/own property or assets outside of England and Wales
- you have a disabled child or other relative and intend to set up a trust for them
- you are married and intend to include an outright gift of significant assets (particularly half the matrimonial home) to children or others, where your spouse survives you
- if you create a trust to reduce the impact of future long-term care fees
- if you create any other discretionary or life interest trust
