Linder Myers' experienced team handle all aspects of residential conveyancing. These include property sales, re-mortgages, purchases, transfers and all other transactions.

- dealings with chains of sellers and buyers
- instructing of surveyors, if required
- negotiations with other solicitors or agents
- discussions with your mortgage lender or broker
- advice on your contract, mortgage planning, search results and other issues that may arise
They will provide you information on costs at the outset of your transaction.
What will it cost?
Linder Myers offer a fixed fee of £349 plus VAT and disbursements for all properties under £500,000 for all NARPO and Police Federation members and their families.
